Free Speech Union Switzerland (FSUS)
The Free Speech Union Switzerland (FSUS) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to defending and promoting free speech and related freedoms in Switzerland. Operating under Swiss law, the FSUS works to protect freedom of speech, freedom of the press, academic inquiry, belief and conscience, and artistic expression. The FSUS is a membership organisation that provides legal support within the bounds of Swiss law to its members if they are censored or cancelled. By bridging Switzerland’s German-, French-, Italian-, and English-speaking communities, the FSUS fosters national dialogue and unity in the cause of free expression. The FSUS is part of the international network of Free Speech Unions first conceived by Toby Young’s British FSU.
